Afro-rapper Piksy also known as Langwan has promised to release two videos from his yet to be released second album titled ‘Mthunzi’ in the next few weeks.
The artist, real name Evans Zangazanga said on Thursday that he was almost done with shooting the videos and would be released any time soon.
“Yes I am working on the videos for ‘Maloto’ and ‘Wakowako’ but I cannot give out the actual release date as I am also working on wrapping up the album,” said Piksy.
The musician said he wants to release whole DVD before end of this year.
“Of course these 2 videos will come out first but I have also secured sponsorship to shoot a whole DVD which I will also release this year,” he promised.
Asked whether there will be any collaboration with other artists on the album, said Piksy:
“Yeah I definitely plan to feature a number of artists on different tracks but I cannot give out the names yet because we are still in talks.”
He then thanked his fans for supporting him, promising them many good things in 2015.
“I want to send a thank you to all those who support me especially my fans because without them there is no Piksy,” concluded the ‘Tsoka Liyenda’ hit maker.
According to Piksy, the album will have about 14 songs and he is currently recording it at Joe Filmz and B2 FX studios.--Reporting by Joseph Mtingwi, Mana
