Yes analakwa kukodza malo olakwika but the issue here is for harassment. Should police act in such way they find such people. The answer is NOOOO. I have seen a lot of places in town where people urinate coz one of the reason is they can not afford to use a pay out toilet because they don’t have money. The police should not take the law into their own hands because of their job, let us civic educate the people if this trend is to stop.
