Malawi Police have denied reports that they arrested a Sheik Daniel Mkwamba a regional secretary for Muslim Association of Malawi (MAM) for politically motivated charges.

Nyaude said Police have been following up criminal activities and conduct their work professionally.
He said police work should not be politicised.
