Pop Dogg latest visuals ‘Malawi Moto’: Watch the video here

Rapper and Malawian Ninjaz Records boss, Pop Dogg, has released visuals for his song Malawi Moto.

The 4K Black Magic Cinema camera video was directed by Joe Chad, who previously directed Pop Dogg’s Like That and Am A Champ music video which has over 200,000 views on YouTube.

Malawi Moto is a an inspiring song which talks about the artist’s past struggles and some of his achievements, while at the same time giving positive advice to the youth to stop dwelling on negative things hindering them from success.

The Ireland-based award-winning rapper, who is in Germany, explained the long delay behind the most anticipated music video, citing language barrier as one of the challenges.

“To have a director who doesn’t speak the language, bringing out the best possible outcome was quite challenging.”

He added that preparations for Africa Day Festival in Ireland, where he was headliner, and the Against All Odds Charity event in England, put a strain on time.

“After taking some time off in Germany, I am very excited now that the video is finally out and I hope the message will inspire and build a better Malawi,” said Pop Dogg.

Malawi Moto is taken from Pop Dogg’s Enter The Ninja album, which has many other notable hits includingiPhone and Tchopa Ndi Manganje.

Pop Dogg will be in Malawi in November to perform at the Urban Music Party Festival, his first show after leaving the country for Dublin years ago.
