Prophet Bushiri launches ‘holy soap’ and anointed oil

Malawi’s popular and self-proclaimed Major Prophet Shepard Bushiri has launched a holy soap line of commercial products for cleansing souls.

Bushiri of the Enlightened Christian Gathering has launched the soap barely days after releasing the anointed oil “for the salvation of the soul“.

The “God-Styled Prophet”  claims that the soap is the solution to people’s business problems, marital issues, financial constraints, sicknesses and other such issues as is cleanses people spiritually.

Bushiri has amassed a lot of wealth with his prophetic ministry and has on occasion declared that he possesses an 18 seater jet and a posh Bentley car.

It is also said that he runs several big businesses outside Malawi, including a profitable diamond business. Every time he is traveling, he and his family and entourage fly business class, and he is always traveling internationally to fulfill the obligations of his prophetic vocation.

He is the only Malawian man of God who has managed to run his own television channel, which is over a year old now, and which beams to over 130 countries.

He pays school fees for and sustains over 70 high school and university students, some of them outside Malawi. He also financially assists many men of God and less privileged people.

Many Malawians have been attacking local preachers  for taking a leaf from foreigners who are claiming to be annointed couples, saying there were now too many people masquerading as prophets in Malawi.

Some Pentecostal churches were extorting gifts from their followers by making it mandatory for congregants to “give” to their leader.
