I beg to disagree Mr Trapence with you. Malawi is not a failed state. In spite of many challenges we are encountering – corruption, blackouts, etc – we have made some good head-ways in others, stability of the Kwacha against other currencies, freedom of expression, peace, improved road networks, etc. When we are pointing fingers at the current leadership, let’s also appreciate some the good things that have happened in the land.
