They revealed that Presidential valet Chisale drove the car.

Chisale is reported to be working closely with Binstony Kutsaira, the new head of notorious National Intelligence Services.

Kutsaira has since equipped his spies and terror with five new vehicles plus two for himself.

The vehicles, Toyota carina, and corollas, were bought at Biwi Triangle to the tune of K15 million.

“I can confirm that Mr Bintony Kutsaila bought me the vehicles.  I was communicated to acquire the vehicles from South
Africa late last month as a matter of urgency. As for what the vehicles will be used, you can contact him. But he paid
cash,” said the one of the traders who refused to be named.

According to sources within the state spy agency, one of the vehicles was the one used to attack lawyer Kasambala.
