i believe NAM must have someone to understudy Zagaro , its time zagaro had to mentor other coaches on how his magic works, when his time is up we will suffer big time, the other thing is that indeed friendlies are good for our national netball team but i have noted that when we play the teams like England we have been loosing lately nowadays, the reason being simple we go their with the mentality to to just play, our friends have been understudying our tactics ife we have not, we used to beat these teams but now we cannot,… Read more »
Mary Waya is suitable to teach or coach youthful teams falling under the ages of thirteen and fifteen and not those that have already gone through the developmental stages. Pearce Chawinga would have triumphed where Mary Waya failed as a coach had it been that she ascended to that position. But she properly noted well in advance the spanners that were thrown down her path which eventually frustrated her more so with her stand of calling a spade a spade which NAM loathed.
