Sana Food Court opens in Lilongwe
Just as Christmas season is fast approaching, Lilongwe has a state of art 800 seater Sana Mega Food Court opened ready to serve people during this season when families and individuals always long for a place to enjoy quality good time and meals.
Constructed adjacent to Sana Mega Shopping Center, the food court that has banqueting and conference halls offer employment to 120 Malawians.
Mega food court Managing Director Ali Muhammad said the construction of the facility will not only help Lilongwe residents to get quality food but both local and international tourists as well.
“We have wanted to have an imprint in the hospitality industry, thee facilities such as banqueting and conference hall have all the what it takes to make a customer feel satisfied and are open on a daily basis to offer customers their needs. We will set big screens on the wall to cater for those who like watching news, movies and even football.
“The place is closer to the main road, very spacious and well secured with a vast parking area. On Fridays and Saturdays, we will be offering a grand buffet and our warm heart menu will leave tongues wagging for more while live buffet will be served on a daily basis just to excite our customers ,” he said.
One of the first customers to sample the place, Abigail Nandolo said she was satisfied with the food and services being offered at the place.
“It’s different from many restaurants in the city. This is constructed at a very quiet place, it has a large space that you can’t even feel congested and the food is well prepared to the satisfactory of your need,” she said.
Sana Mega Food Court is a subsidiary of Sana Cash and Carry which has got shops in Lilongwe and Blantyre selling all kinds of wares.
