Paipi was loaned from Premierbet  Wizards at a fee of K500,000 for a period of six months.

According to Wizards owner and Technical Director Peter Mponda, the contract expired on 30th September, 2016.

Mponda claim he had on several ocassion penned the Bankers reminding them on the issue but they haven’t been responsive.

He revealed the Bankers were given a chance to completely buy out the
player if they are willing and satisfied with his services.

Nyasa Times investigations indicates that the player was pegged at a fee of K3.3 Million.

Mponda said his return can assist his struggling side survive relegation.

Silver General Secretary Thabo Chakaka Nyirenda confirmed receiving a copy of a letter which he said was sent to Super League of Malawi (Sulom) and the Football Association of Malawi (Fam) restricting the Reserve Bank of malawi sponsored side from using Paipi.

Chakaka Nyirenda said Fam has immediately ordered Sulom to cancel Paipi’s registration.

But the Bankers General Secretary expressed surprise over contradicing reports on dates about the expiry of the player’s loan contract.

He claimed other information indicates it expired on 24th September while the other indicates the date of 30th September, 2016.

But Nyirenda said the player was signed for a season and they were hoping to keep the player until the end of the season and the right
thing for Wizards to do was to demand and push for an extra payment.

Meanwhile, Fam Transfer and Matching Systems Officer Casper Jangale has ordered that the player return to his club Wizards.

According to documents in Fam’s possession, the player is contracted to Wizards until next year.

Paipi has been an influential player since joining the Bankers scoring a couple of vital goals.

He was however force to be on the sidelines due to an injury.

His impressive form earned the upcoming star a Flames call up.
