Silver Strikers add Morning Dew to growing list of sponsors
Silver Strikers Football Club have struck a fresh sponsorship deal, securing a season-long partnership with Malawi Catering Services that will see the company supply bottled water to the club through its popular Morning Dew brand.

The tie-up was unveiled today at Malawi Catering Services’ offices at Kamuzu International Airport in Lilongwe, marking the latest commercial boost for the club as they continue their charge at the top of the FDH Bank Premiership.
Malawi Catering Services general manager Davie Kampeni revealed the club had approached the company directly, and it hadn’t taken long for bosses to decide the partnership was a smart move.
“People might ask why Silver Strikers? They asked for assistance. They recognise Morning Dew and wrote a good proposal and we did not hesitate to respond,” Kampeni said.
Silver Strikers business development manager Uthenji Kayambo Nyanda expressed her gratitude to Malawi Catering Services for backing the club, while making a direct pitch to supporters to get behind the new partnership.
“We thank you for recognising the strength and value of Silver Strikers. To Silver Strikers fans we urge you to buy Morning Dew bottled water,” she said.
The deal adds to a growing list of commercial partnerships for the Central Bankers, who currently sit top of the Premiership table as they push for silverware this season.
