WHEN A COUNTRY IS RULED BY ITS COLONIAL MASTERS SPEAKERS GOWN CAN DELAY VERY VITAL DISCUSSIONS IN OUR NATIONAL ASSEMBLY. So the Executive was waiting for strike/sit in by the judiciary staff for them to release the money for house allowance???? Whats the meaning of this?? This government goes to office every day to do what?? if they have to wait for strikes to implement decisions. Shame!
