UDF aspiring MP Brian Magoya donates ambulance: Mulanje South constituency

United Democratic Front (UDF) aspiring Member of Parliament for Mulanje south constituency, Brian Magoya has donated an ambulance to the constituency worthy K2.8 million.

Magoya said people in the area were having difficulties when taking patients to the hospital and he decided to help.

“This ambulance will serve the people of the constituency regardless of their political affiliation,” he said.

UDF Mulanje district governor Felix Mononga thanked youthful Magoya for the donation.

Mononga also encouraged Magoya to back UDF presidential candidate Atupele Muluzi in his campaign for change agenda and renewal.

Magoya is likely to face incumbent MP Ritchie Muheya who is also a minister in the PP government.

Muheya was elected on DPP ticket but defected to PP when the former was out of government following the death of president Bingu wa Mutharika in office last April.
