UK’s digital online visa application programme rolled out to Malawi
Malawians can now make faster applications for British visas with the roll out of the UK’s online programme.
The Access UK service Access UK (https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/product/uk-visit-visa) also works across mobile devices to make it as convenient as possible for those applying to work on the application from any location.
It makes applying for a visa quicker as the form intuitively adapts based on answers given.
It is easier to use, as a tailored checklist confirms the necessary steps and the required documents and the majority of users can also access their applications on any device.
UK Chargé d’Affaires in Malawi, Martin Scales, said: “We are pleased that the global roll out of Access UK visit visa applications has been achieved as we aim to offer a competitive visa service in Malawi. Online application delivers a streamlined application process and is consistent with wider global trends.”
Over time the new service will replace the Visa4UK website as part of the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI)’s commitment to making it more convenient, quicker and easier for customers to apply for visas.
