Uladi knows Bingu thugs, ‘works for spy agency’
Maravi People’s Party (MPP) president and the party’s sole member of parliament, Mr Uladi Mussa, a former member of the ruling DPP told parliament t he knew the regime thugs who are on crackdown to growing band of critics as he brought them to the ruling party.
Mussa said the thugs who attacked anti Mutharika lawyer Ralph Kasambara were known to him and are employees of National Intelligence Agency.
“They work for the National Intelligence Services and I am the one who brought them to the DPP,” Mussa told Parliament.
He also confirmed media revelations that the one who drove the thugs to fire-bomb Kasambara’s offices is a presidential valet, Paulos Chisale.
“The one who drove them works for State House and he had a petrol drum in his vehicle,” said Mussa (Salima South).
But Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs Ephraim Mganda Chiume dismissed Mussa’s statements as not having any merit.
