True. APM is tolerant and responds to criticism in the right way. Besides, he is selective as to which meetings to attend in order to cut costs. He delegates the Vice President. Kamuzu was even very frugal with expenditures. At most he used to send ministers to attend meeting on behalf. Minister without portfolio often would represent him.

Kamuzu was even very frugal with expenditures. He used send ministers or permanent secretary to attend meetings on his behalf. Sometimes it could a minister without portfolio.
