Mighty Be Forward Wanderers have offered Azam Tigers K4.1 million for Under-20 international players Isaac Kaliati and Stanley Sanudi.
According to a letter signed by General Secretary Mike Butao, date 2 February, 2015, Nomads are offering K2.3 million for Kaliati and K1.8 million for Sanudi.
“Reference is made to our earlier request to sign Isaac Kaliati and Stanley Sanudi. These offers are made with consideration that both players are yet to break into the senior national team and players for the senior Flames are pegged at K3 million.
“If you are in agreement may you please write a short agreement, which should clearly stipulate that the agreement only comes to effect once Wanderers pay the money and this document should act as an invoice and should also include your bank details,” reads part of the letter.
Butao confirmed development saying the team had interest in them.
“Yes we have written them expressing our intesting in the players. We are waiting for feedback from Tigers.”
Tigers general secretary Stevie Madeira also confirmed receiving Nomads offer.
He however said Tigers executive board was yet to discuss the offer.
Wanderers have an outstanding issue of payment for Mike Kaziputa, Kondwani Lufeyo and Kondwani Kumwenda who moved to the Lali Lubani Road.
Apart from the Tigers duo Wanderers are also interested to sign seasoned striker Peter Wadabwa and Jimmy Zakazaka after the expiry of their contracts with Silver Strikers and Bullets FC respectively.
