Blantyre Youth Centre Netball  court, which government pumped K23 million for its maintenance was not conducive for the players  to  play  games  as  it was slippery because of its   surface and poor drainage system on Tuesday.

This was during the Rainbow Paints Southern Region Netball League match involving Alliance Capital Stars and Shizaella Sisters.

Both teams had to wait for the rains to stop before using mops and brooms to dry the stagnant water.  Nyasa Times Senior Photo journalists Jeromy Kadewere captured some photos.
