Wizards coach Peter Mponda was impressed with his players and described their performance encouraging ahead of the play-offs scheduled to be held at Civo Stadium in Lilongwe from March 11-13.
Wizards will compete against Airborne Rangers and Dedza Young Soccer.
Mponda hailed his players for their fighting hard spirit during the friendly matches.
He said it was nota joke to play against Bullets and a few hours later to line-up against Wanderers.
“We are talking of two big teams in the country. Beating another one before drawing with the other one on a single day is not a joke. This shows how hungry for victory my boys are,” said Mponda.

For instance, Wizards sold Ernest Tambe and Rafik Namwera to Be Forward Wanderers whereas Levison Maganizo, Mark Fodya, Thuso Paipi and Brighton Munthali have joined Silver Strikers.
