Hahaha! Some peoples ignorance is astounding! Iwe Nanaphiri, Chinthechi Inn is the birth place of the Lake of Stars festival.

Lake of stars used to take place at Chinthechi until the organizers decided to listen to less-moneyed people from Bt and Ls who complained that Chinthechi is too far for them.
