Uladi Mussa back in court
Ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) vice president for the centre Uladi Mussa is this afternoon in the Supreme Court of Appeal where the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has dragged him for defiantly absconding court sessions.
Mussa is answering corruption charges bordering on issuance of Malawi passports to foreigners when he was minister of Home Affairs during the two year Joyce Banda administration.
ACB director Reyneck Matemba said Mussa is expected to be examined by an independent doctor to ascertain his allegations that he was ill.
Mussa attended parliamentary meetings and held rallies but failed to show up for court sessions.
He insists the case is politically motivated.

Politically motivated who can this be I think he is government no don’t lie Mussa just say what you know don’t blame others for your mistakes if you did nothing wrong you weren’t going to be picked but because something went wrong just prove your innocence
