ACB appears before Legal Affairs Committee of Parliament
Parliament’s Legal Affairs Committee is currently meeting officials from the graft busting body, the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) over the Livumbo school saga.
The meeting comes at a time when the new developer of the school land Nurmahommed Ahmed remains defiant and arrogant that the land belongs to him.
The meeting today is aimed at finding out how best the ACB can bust the illegal land selling syndicate which involves some top ministry of Lands officials.
The committee is also expected to meet officials from the ministry of Lands today over the same Livimbo school saga.
Minister of Lands Symon Vuwa Kaunda who visited the school twice last week after reports that the public school had been sold to the Asian has been giving contradictory vague statements.
The Asian businessman says he has all land documents to prove that he owns the piece of land where he has constructed warehouses.

Vuwa Kaunda is the one who sold the land. This is why he corrupted the Judge so as to uphold MEC’s declaration of winning a Parliamentary seat. I believe a true winner is Ada Mhone.
ACB should act swiftly and promptly and arrest the perpetrator of this land gate malpractice
