Air Cargo Malawi-UK still in full swing

Air Cargo Malawi Limited, an auxiliary of the liquidated and deflated Air Malawiis still in the game up and running in full swing with business as usual and going strong worldwide despite its mother body, the country’s flagship airliner hitting rock-bottom, Steve Msamala Air Cargo (UK) Malawi services country manager for UK and Europe has said.

Msamala told Nyasa Times that Air cargo Malawi Limited is operational.

“We would to make it known to our clients in the UK, Europe and the rest of the world that Air Cargo Malawi Limited is in full swing with its excellent service delivery.

“We want to keep our valued customers and the general public informed that Air Malawi passenger services are the one which was liquidated to make it clear emphatically that Air Cargo Malawi Ltd is still operational and going strong,” said Msamala.

Msamala said there has been fears among some of its clients that the liquidation of Air Malawi may have affected the operations of the Air Cargo Limited with some speculating to the clientele that the company no longer conducts business and that we are disbanded following the liquidation of Air Malawi.

“We would like inform our valued customers that we are an independent entity and that we are still riding higher, flying cargo smartly efficiently at an affordable price and with warm-heartedness. Air Cargo Malawi Limited is arguably the safest and reliable way of sending Cargo to Malawi with speed as opposed to other modes of transport,” said Msamala.

Msamala, who is an enthusiastic marketer and a bonafide member of the International Air Travel Association (IATA) wittingly bragged that Air Cargo Limited must be the first name to call whenever people think of sending cargo to Malawi from the UK, Europe and the rest of the world saying they offer ‘the best and quality services to their customers like nobody else in the Air Cargo business.

“We enjoy a good reputation in high quality service for we are simply the best and we always give our customers a good deal. I can vouch that air cargo business is growing stronger and stronger here in the United Kingdom and Europe and beyond,” said Msamala.

He added: “We are unshaken with the false and malicious information these people make against us that we are no longer in operation especially here in the UK.  The truth is we are growing bigger and better every passing day and there is no turning back because as the country’s flagship singular air cargo carriers we represent the interests our country. We are part of Malawi’s image and we know we have a huge responsibility of putting mother Malawi on the international map.”

Msamala said Air Cargo Malawi Limited in the UK wishes to ‘dearly thank our valued customers for their continued and unfazed support’ to keep the Malawian national air cargo carriers supporting us.

The once mighty Africa’s friendly airliner, Air Malawi dispersed from the existence in the air passenger transportation business due to serious financial constrictions and sold its stakes to Ethiopian Airlines and still holds a 51 percent wager in a new company called Malawi Airlines Limited which was formed through a Public and private partnership.
Msamala emphasized that whatever happened to Air Malawi have no effect on Air Cargo Malawi Limited saying the latter became an independent entity way before Air Malawi started to sail in troubled waters.

“We are asking all Malawians to support their own company. Air Cargo does not belong to any individual, it belongs to all Malawians. The future of Air Cargo is in the hands of Malawians and together we can keep it as Malawians,” pleaded Msamala who is the first Malawian to head Air Cargo Limited in the UK since it opened its offices at Heathrow Airport in London, England.

Msamala added that for those who want to contact Air Cargo UK Limited their physical address is: X2 Centre, Unit 7 Hatton Cross, Heathrow Airport, TW6 2GE, London, UK and the can be reached on the following telephone numbers+44 2087 599127 (office) and +44 7580 232994 (Mobile) alternatively.
