Airtel Malawi on Tuesday opened a new shop located at Ntcheu district, as part of the company’s commitment to deliver best service experience and make its mobile solutions closer to its consumers.
The official inauguration ceremony of the shop was graced by Airtel’s Customer Experience Director Sibusiso Nyasulu and Ntcheu residents, who commended Airtel for bringing its services closer to the people of the Irish potato growing district.
“Apart from solving customer queries, I believe that this new customer service shop will also cater for innovative mobile solutions and devices which our people require from your company.
“I believe the move will yield positive results in the manner of doing business and improving the lives of thousands of our people,” Nyasulu.
Nyasulu also said Airtel is committed to bringing mobile money, data and voice solutions closer to the people in order to increase customer satisfaction through convenience and ease of reach of the customer.
“It has been our endeavor to enhance the customer experience for all our customers accross the country. Through this new customer service shop, we have an opportunity to give our customers the overall retail experience that Airtel has to offer.

The new shop will create a retail environment that’s entirely focused on the ultimate customer experience and give people from Ntcheu an opportunity to explore the company’s entire range of products and services.
This is one of the many shops that the company has opened in the country. Since last year, Airtel has been actively growing its presence across the country and has opened more shops in Mponela, Mchinji and Salima.
The company is also working with its key distributors to modernize their Airtel branded outlets and increase convenience of access to service for its customers countrywide.
