All set for Channel for All Nations bash: Favoured Martha and Kamuzu Barracks gospel singers promise fireworks

As one way of celebrating all the mothers in the country, Channel for All Nations radio and TV has organized a mother’s day music concert scheduled to take place on Sunday, 27th October 2019 at Sheaffer ICA Marque in Lilongwe where Favoured Martha, Evance Meleka and Maggie Mangani are expected to share the stage.

Other musicians on the menu to perform during the concert are Kamuzu Barracks Gospel singers, Marvelous Deeds, Eliza Mponya, Maxwell Olloto, Pacharo Jere, Martha Mituka and Chinsapo Sweet Melodies.

Speaking in an interview with Nyasa Times,  Channel for All Nations programming Officer Philmon Kuipa Phiri said apart from celebrating the crucial role that mothers play each and every day, the event has also been organized to provide a platform for them to interact with their audience.

“As channel for all nations, we dedicate the whole month of October to our mothers that is why  we have organized this event to bring families together and share the love; we will also take advantage of this event to interact with our listeners and Television   viewers. This event, will be one of the best and people should expect fireworks,” he said

Phiri also urged gospel music lovers in the capital Lilongwe to patronize the event saying it will be exceptional and that they will not regret as they have touched base in terms of preparations.

Confirming her presence during the event, Favoured Martha said she is more than prepared to dish out the best performance saying it’s been a while since she performed at Sheaffer.

“Me and my dancers we are ready for the bash, people should come in large numbers to watch our splendid performance,” she said

Slated to start in the afternoon, the show will attract an entry fee of K2000 elders and K1000 children.

The event is being sponsored by Mupacho Investments, Heda driving school and Choice Construction Company.
