Another car sex scandal: Malawi police arrest married man and prostitute

A married man and a prostitute have ended up in police custody after being caught having a one-night stand in a car at Chez Mtemba International Night Club in the commercial capital Blantyre.sex-

Blantyre police patrolling officers caught 42-year-old Enock Chitewa and 28-year-old woman, Jane Nkamacha Monday at around 10pm making a whoopee in the backseat of a Toyota Corolla BLK 1389 that was parked outside the night club.

The incident happened just a day after Thokozani Maluwa- an internal auditor at Blantyre Water Board (BWB)- and Emma Peter were caught having a ‘car sex’ at Mwaiwathu Private Hospital parking lot.

Blantyre police Public Relations Officer, Elizabeth Divala said th two have since been charged with Idle and Disorderly under Section 180 of the Penal Code.

”Our officers on patrol noticed the car was shaking in a funny way and when checked, they found the two having sex,” said Divala.

Chitewa is a Bangwe Township resident but hails from Lundu village T/A Mabuka, Mulanje while Nkamacha is from Chiwembe in T/A Kapeni area, Blantyre.

They are expected to appear in court soon.

Legally maiwathu car park is a private place therefore I think it is an invasion of privacy for the state to intrude into what occupants of a stationery vehicle are doing inside a vehicle in a private place. I am sure it is not illegal for consenting cabin crew to go into an aircraft packed at the airport and close the doors and have sex. The main word in this case is unfortunately ” car sex” and not ” public sex” ….do we need to légiste copulation in vehicles.bicycles.boats.aircraft.on internet . Gardens. Forest. Etc. No we should adopt the British law .just criminalize public sex and then know the meaning of public is ” presence of people whether in privaye house getting watched or in group sex in a hotel room it is public sex and sex in a public place where there no one to watch.witness isn’t public sex.public doesn’t mean a place privacy isn’t a place.
