Another dull draw for Bullets: TNM Super League Malawi

Big Bullets were on Saturday frustrated again into another dull draw against Civo United at Kamuzu Stadium in the TNM Super League match.

The Bullets were on a mission to revive their title hopes after posting poor results recently but could not find the winning formula.

Neither team created a clear-cut chance in a disappointing stalemate.

Bullets are on seventh position with 24 points from 16 games.

Their assistant coach Gerald Phiri Snr attributed their draw to lackof composure on their strikers inside the danger zone while Civo United coach Thom Mkorongo said  “ It was a tight game and we just didn’t have the final touch. But I thought we played very well.”

At Kalulu Stadium in Nchalo,  Mighty Wanderers played a 0-0 draw against Azam Tigers.

Wanderers  were the first team to hand Azam Tigers a first league defeat in the first round.
