The Ndirande based Msiska emerge winner for the consecutive month during the fourth draw conducted at the premier mobile services provider’s head office in Blantyre.

Last month, the grand prize went to Dowa based Wanderers fan, Benson Lifa, also a Malawi Police officer.

The latest winner expressed excitement after getting the news, but said “I don’t have plans for the money now; I didn’t expect it”.

Other football fans won Flames replica jerseys, Y221 handsets and 5000 and 2500 TNM airtime.

The company has so far dished out K800,000 in monthly cash prizes to lucky winners since the competition started in June this year.

The promotion, which was rolled out to help TNM Super League teams generate revenue, has accumulatively raised K11,145,476 during the first four months.

League leaders Bullets FC continue to dominate in the promotion and are a team with the most hits.

The fourth draw raised K2,402,000 with Bullets pocketing K1,582,900 from 31658 hits, followed by Wanderers K603,250 from 12065 hits, Silver Strikers K152,350 from 3047 hits while rookies Dedza Young Soccer generated K17,400 from 348 hits.

A once-off K1.5 million will be given to a team that will first hit 300,000 mark for total SMSs generated in the promotion, which will end at the conclusion of the TNM Super League 2015 season.

While two fans who will register the highest SMS entries will rewarded with Samsung 40 inch Tvs.

“Bullets leads with a good margin, but other teams equally stand a chance to win the money so long they encourage their supporters to send as many SMSs as possible to generate more revenue for their teams,” said Ansate Chitimba, TNM Products Manager.

The amount is just too little from a company that makes huge profit. Next time consider jacking up your figures, they are pathetic.
