During the same day, the diocese will also ordain three deacons Paul Abraham, Juliano Absalom and Kondwani Pinji into priesthood.

According to the communications secretary, Fr Peter White the mass will start at 9 o’clock.

Fr White said all is set for the big day and is urging all Christians and well wishers to join the diocese in large numbers to witness the occasion as well as to pray together as a family.

Fr White said Catholic Church believes in unity, so hence this call to celebrate together as family.

“We ask all parishes within the diocese to start preparing for patronage of the event,” said White.
