It’s getting closer. Just half of the season to go and Blue Eagles are stull top of the TNM Super League as they have finished on top of the table first round following their 6-0 win over Premier Bet Wizards on Wednesday afternoon at Nankhaka stadium.
The wheels are most defiantly still attached to the wagon. The cops are campaigning hard to have their team name printed on the prestigious trophy at the end of the season.
It is the biggest victory and indeed the heaviest loss recorded by any team in the first round of the season.
In a match on Wednesday, Maxwell Salambula scored a hat-trick and there were goals each from Stuart Mbunge, Gilbert Chirwa, and Chisomo Chilasa to register an emphatic win.
Whatever it is for Blue Eagles, the dream goes on.

The league leaders have registred 10 wins, drawn 3 times and have registered 3 defeats.
Silver Strikers have registered 9 wins, 4 defeats and 3 draws in this season’s Tnm Super League first round.
Moyale Barracks are on position 4 with 27 points and defending champions Nyasa Big Bullets and Mighty Be Forward Wanderers are languishing on fifth and sixth position respectively with 24 points and have a game to wrap up their first round games.
