Bushiri visits fire victims in Joburg, supports them with K20m

Prophet Shepherd Bushiri on Thursday visited residents of Alexandra Park, a high-density in Johannesburg, South Africa, who were affected by shack fires that spread through parts of the area and destroyed at least 352 structures.

Some of the people were at work and came back to find that there is no home

The unconfirmed number of shacks that have burnt down has left residents homeless.  Some were scrambling to save as many belongings as possible.

The Enlightened Christian Gathering (ECG) leader, who is renowned for his series of philanthropic works, further donated about K20 million to help, specifically, meet the education needs of the affected children.

“As you might recall, I have a strong interest in issues to do with children and education. I do understand that in tragedies such as these, we have children whose learning materials have been destroyed, who have lost their uniforms and just so many things.

“We are here to stand with families to help their children with their education,” said Major 1 who, a week ago, supported about 15 students in Malawi with school fees.

Bushiri further said he will return to the area next week Tuesday to continue engaging with the families especially in helping them with spiritual and social support.

According to disaster management officials of the area, at least 650 people have been displaced and in need of critical relief supplies, not limited to food, shelter, water, sanitary wear, clothes, blankets, replacement documentation among other things.

As it is, all displaced women and children have been sleeping at a creche while the men and boys are sleeping at a development center.

The collapse of an electricity pylon has made restorative construction impossible.

Better is this fake prophet who meets people at a point of need when all Angels disapear and this you call the devil appears and rescue the poor mass.

I would rather folliw him rather than you and Angel who parrots bad against him and you can’t even share your spoils….

From your explaination all we see is evil and jelousy .
You won’t run long.

Well. This is a fake man of God. He was cornered for money laundering and he went ahead to hire expensive lawyers to defend him yet he cheats his congrants that things happen by miracle. Why not use annointing water to defend his case and why did he not foreward these residents that there will be fire breakout.

He claimed that investigations later pointed to a Bushiri supporter named Kelvin Sulugwe, who had created a fake Facebook page and circulated the false pictures. Following their public spats, the charismatic prophets decided to bury the hatchet. Addressing the media yesterday, Mboro reiterated that he had not gone there to fight, but wanted Bushiri and him to openly clarify that the heaven pictures were a smear campaign by one of the ECG members. “There has been a smear campaign that prophet Mboro went to heaven, saw Jesus having sex with a Xhosa woman and sold the pictures so last year… Read more »

Pretoria – Incredible Happenings Ministries leader Paseka “Mboro” Motsoeneng yesterday stormed into the premises of Shepherd Bushiri’s church at Tshwane Events Centre, seeking a public apology over the 2016 “heaven miracle”. He claimed the miracle had been orchestrated by Bushiri’s people, and now wanted to clear his name. On arrival in Pretoria, Mboro went straight to Bushiri’s Enlightened Christian Gathering (ECG) church, but was instead met by security personnel. They told him Bushiri was not there. In 2016, selfies of Mboro were circulated on social media, claiming he had gone through the gates of heaven on Easter Sunday that year… Read more »
