An outsider cannot get paid by Government without collusion with a number of civil servants. Why are they not being tried together with the contractors. It is not enough to just say Ministry of so and so, but there were civil servants in there who made the payments possible because they also benefited from the paid money.

Magomdo had a contract with ministry of Local government and it was duly signed by both parties. He got paid on the basis of that contract.

Act. Who signed the contract on behalf of local government? Who approved certification of works or delivery of goods and services? Who approved payments? Why are you arresting all the civil servants? Selective justice or buntouchable big fish?

All cashgaters will be jailed. However, after we lost more millions in trying them. No wonder mob justice is on the rise. Imagine we burn all cashgaters and confiscate their property and money? We will save millions we are losing through these trials when other innocent Malawians are rotting in jail due to lack of judges or money to try them

Most civil servants that were actually preparing the payments are missing from this group. Let us also focus on these shameless evil servants so that they get a bit of shame also when chasing the payments and getting government money for no reason. At the Ministry we know who connived with these guys but they are still enjoying and stealing more. WHY??? They behave untouchable.
