Chipapapa the much touted single by award winning Malawian rapper Tay Grin which features Nigerian multi-award winning singer-songwriter 2Baba aka 2Face is out.
The latest track, produced by DJ Sley, is enjoying air play in both Malawi and Nigeria radios and went up for downloads on Malawi music website.
Chipapapa is Tay Grin’s comeback project after two years. His last song, The Beach featuring The Very Best, came out in 2014.
The song has been recorded at two different studios in Malawi and Nigeria but mastered by local hands.
Said self-styled Nyau King: “2face recorded his beat and then sent it here to DJ Sley for mixing and producing as well. I have always wanted to work with 2Face and this song seemed perfect for the both of us. We met in London and I played him the song, at the time I had just recorded the chorus and when he heard it, he liked it and as they say, the rest is history.”
