Ex-Mzuni students go entrepreneurship: ‘Youth must create jobs’
Two former Mzuzu University (Mzuni) students – Wezzie Mhango and MacDonald Nyoni – who have just finished their studies lately have launched a business firm under the banner, Multitalented Firm, linking business associates through online portals.
From a struggling capital of K43 000 in 2013, the firm now boasts of a majestic capital of over K1 000 000.
According to CEO of the firm Nyoni, it all “started with printing and photocopying” for their fellow students.
Said Nyoni: “But I had a goal of having something bigger. I wanted to be some big entrepreneur.”
Nyoni, who now employs three and has an office complex, said “Malawian youth must create jobs for others.”
He said it was the “only way” to go if fighting joblessness in the country can be curbed.
The firm specializes in a number of things including software development, network installation, multimedia, domain name registration, computer repair and maintenance and software supply, their website www.multitalentedmalawi.com says.
Interestingly, much as Mhango studied Information Computer Technology (ICT), Nyoni studied theology.
What an encouragement to us all. Congrats for setting the pace. We are behind you in developing our country.
Tribalism ndi nkhaniyi zikugwirizana bwanji? Is there any issue to undress Alomwe? That’s not on!!
Congratulations guys,,put MZUNI on the map,,but on the photo mhango z to the right and nyoni left!!

ur doing gud guys wish u all the best
Alomw youth, can u copy from ur friends, don’t think MLAKHO will help set a business kkkkk
ICT plus Theology???????? Not a good combination but all the best guys. Very true, we need alot of entepreneurs to drive this economy.
That is the way and future way to go for our young people. You can’t always rely on the man downtown called govt to provide you with a job or to do work for you. Entrepreneurship of whatever nature should be strongly encouraged.
Wish you well brothers
