FDH Bank opens branch in Balaka, pledges to provide quality services

FDH bank has opened a brank in eastern district of Balaka with Head for Personal and Business Banking, Kawawa Msapato saying the the branch will help them to reach out to more customers.

“As you know Balaka is a home of various business activities, we thought it is wise to construct the building in order to accommodate our clients efficiently unlike in the past when we used to offer our services within the premises of Post offices where our customers would complain of space that was allocate for the bank operations,” he said.

Director for Bank Supervision in the Reserve Bank of Malawi, Fandi Mzama commended FDH Bank for opening the Branch saying this would help to foster good competition on the market among financial institutions.

“When we are talking of good services, it means banks should satisfy their customers by giving them they need. Having many financial institutions on the market enables customers to have wider choices, in this way quality of services is usually assured that is if the bank wants to maintain its customers,” he said.

FDH Bank went on to donate a cheque amounting to K 2 Million to Balaka District Hospital.

Public Relation Officer for Balaka District Hospital, Mercy Nyirenda, expressed gratitude to the Bank for the donation saying it will help work on some challenges that hospital have been facing.

“We have been in financial woes for quite some time now; government cannot manage to provide everything that the hospital needs hence this donation is vital for us. This money will be used to buy Blankets for patients among other things,” she said.

FDH connived with Mutharika and his Lhomwe dominated government to steal MSB. I will never become a customer of this so called FDH
