Gospel songstress Trywel Mwambira releases single ‘Mwaonera ndani’ -Album in the offing
After 2 years of hibernation in her music career, Lilongwe based Gospel songstress Alinafe Trywel Mwambira has now released a hit single titled ‘Mwaonera ndani’ which has already started receiving positive feedbacks in different platforms including Radio’s and Social media.
Mwambira told Nyasatimes that the single has come as an appetizer to her fans ahead of the new album which she is currently cooking with help from Khumbo Kaliwo and Joseph Tembo of Groove Magic studios and it is expected to be out end of July.
“I am currently working on my fourth album to be out probably by the end of July, the album is titled “Bail me out”, I believe this will transform many lives as it carries soul touching songs,” she said
According to Mwambira songs in the album will include mwaonera ndani, no life without Jesus, Samasintha, wamkulu and Ndiyemweyu.
About her silence, fourth year student pursuing bachelors of Arts in education at Mzuzu University, Mwambira pointed out that she had a very busy schedule saying she was concentrating on her studies.
“I had been busy with my studies but now I have time to continue working on my album”, she said
‘Mwaonera ndani’’ song talks high about people who claim to be God fearing but behind the scenes they do contrary to God’s will.
She added “People should expect more touching songs from me. Songs that will keep them close to God,”
Mwambira came in the lime light after releasing her debut album titled “Zabisika” in 2004 which was followed by “Akhala nane” released in 2008 and then in 2015 she also released another album titled “Mwai wachiwiri”.
Inspired by many local gospel musicians in the country Mwambira has invested her time in spreading the word of God through Music.
