Operations Manager, Jean Yona, told Nyasa Times that the label will be launched in style this December with a show by Joseph Chirwa who will sing from his debut album ‘By My Spirit.’

She said HGIMM is poised towards making sure that gospel events in the country are highly patronized.

“Joseph Chirwa’s album launch is just the beginning. We will do more,” said Yona.

Other artists during the launch on December 23 will include Sir Paul Banda, Lloyd Phiri and Eliza Mponya.

In an interview Chirwa said he was not money driven but rather wanted to “win souls by preaching salvation through music.”

Recorded at One-Heart studios by Lloyd Phiri, the album features songs like Chikondi, Rise and Shine, Gwireni Dzanja,Yehova M’busa Wanga and Increase and Multiplication which are currently enjoying massive airplay on different local radio stations in the country.
