Kelvin Sato bounces back- set for ‘Moyo Wanga’ album launch on Sunday

After three years of silence, Mzuzu based gospel giant Kelvin Sato is back with ‘Moyo Wanga’ volume 4 album which is scheduled to be launched at Mzuzu Boma Park on Sunday 27 August.

His last seen was on 14 August 2014 when he launched the third volume of ‘Moyo Wanga’ album at the event characterized by massive turn up.

Sato told Nyasa Times that his new coming is unique and people should expect soul touching songs that will transform many.

“Malawians should expect great things from me and they should know that God has entrusted me with the message that will transform many people and I promise to spread the word of God using my talent across the country “He said

On his launch, he said rehearsals are underway and people should expect fireworks saying he will dish out the best performance ever.

“All is set and I am very much ready for the event which I believe is going to be one of the best events in Mzuzu’ I am sure whoever will make it to this show is not going to regret,” said Sato.

The album which features several artists such as Eliza Mponya, Joseph Chirwa, Brenda Kadammanja and Chrispine Kamanga has songs including Dada Chiuta,Ndise wankhondo, Ukulu wanu and Ntchito ya Yehova which are Currently enjoying airplays in different local radio stations.

To spice up the launch there will be live music performances by Wycliffe Chimwendo, Shonga Spirituals, Ta Mika, Griffin Kaliati and Eliza Mponya.

Slated to start at 1 o’clock in the afternoon the show will attract an entry fee of K1500 per head.
