Macelba, the up and coming artist has made it on the list of artists to perform at highly billed concert at Zanzi on 7th April 2012.
The songster, born Cmart Banda ventured in HIP-HOP music in 2009 after dropping a single track titled, My Story.
For about 3 years, Macelba has worked on his music carrier and managed to record a number of tracks like, I need you, I don’t care, Nothing, Fire, Growing, Broken, he was recently featured in a video collabo titled ‘Moving with time’ consisting of HIP-HOP up and coming artists.
The young music icon has appeared on the list of artists expected to perform at a show dubbed ‘back to life’ at Zanzi in Lilongwe.
“I feel honoured, it really feels great and this is the time I will learn from the big names of M-dub industry and a lot of up and coming artists,” he told Nyasa Times.
He pleaded to those who like HIP-HOP music not to miss the show as this is their opportunity to see what Macelba can do.
“I tell the fans to come and see what I got to offer, you won’t regret, come check out Celba live on stage” said Macelba.
Young B, real name blessings Namate is the founder of back to life music under six o six crew, as part of the organizers of the show, he explained that the show is aimed at launching back to life music that will help in promoting artists and the less privileged.
“We will be visiting hospitals to cheer the sick people and we are also planning to open our studio that will help in promoting Malawian artists” he said
Being the founder of back to life music, Young B is also expected to dish out his music at the show.
“CD’s will be distributed and the first five people will enter for free,” he said.
The show is being supported by KRC, Hi-time, Zantheka INV and Six O Six Crew to ensure that it is succefull.
Blasto, Mwanache, Lomwe, Lilia, Young B, Maovololo, Synik, Mafunyeta, Six o Six Crew, Macelba, Capital Gyal, Complex, and Hoodstar are among those expected to perform at the show.Follow and Subscribe Nyasa TV :
