The New Vision of Uganda reported that the Federation of Uganda Football Associations (Fufa) confirmed that the match, which will help Cranes coach Micho Sredojevic fine-tune his players ahead of the Afcon qualifier, will be played at Mandela National Stadium.

“We are glad to land this friendly because it will come at the most appropriate time when the Cranes are tuning up for the game against Equatorial Guinea,” Fufa Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Edgar Watson is quoted saying.

Football Association of Malawi (FAM) CEO Suzgho Nyirenda also confirmed about the friendly with Uganda.
