Malawi’s PP gets coach from PP UK wing
Malawi’s ruling People’s Party on Wednesday received a boost when its UK Wing presented a brand new 56-seater coach to the party through President Joyce Banda.
The donation was made possible through PP supporters in UK led by Maneno Mtawali.
The bus was presented to President Banda by PP’s UK Wing interim chairman, Hannington Gondwe at Kamuzu Palace in Lilongwe.
President Banda thanked the PP UK wing for the donation.
“This should save as a lesson to the orange partners in country, I know some of you are working hard in assisting the needy but I will be more than happy if I hear you telling me that we want to go to Mulanje to assist our friends who were affected by floods,” said Banda.
