Marvelous Deeds at BICC on June 10 for ‘Back to sender’ launch

Celebrated gospel artist, Marvelous Deeds are at it again with a new album on the books this coming month. After working tirelessly for the new album, the Lilongwe based trio, Marvelous deeds will on 10th June launch their “Back to sender” album.

Dubbed Marvelous night, the launch is scheduled to take place at Bingu international conference centre from 6 0’clock in the evening.

Speaking in an interview, Abel Sanena, a member of the Marvelous deeds said the show will be one of its kind and people should expect an extra-ordinary event characterized by good and inspirational music.

“As of now we are doing rehearsals, our aim is to entertain our fans beyond their expectations, people have been listening to our new songs but they haven’t watched us performing live. Now time has come for them and we are promising the best,” he said

Recorded at One Heart Studios and Studio 88 by Lloyd Phiri, Khumbo Kaliwo and Evance Meleka respectively other songs in the album include Mulinane Cholinga, Nawo Amafuna Moyo, Lero Langa Simawa, ndiyambilenso and fulumirani.

Supporting artists during the show will be Great angels choir, United for worship and Patience Namadingo among others and entry fee is pegged at K5 000 Standard ticket and K10, 000 V.I.P

Advance tickets are currently on sale at Kafoteka filling station, City mall city supermarket, BICC Business Centre, Taps beauty shop, all CCAP Churches in Lilongwe, Cheza Café and total steers in Lilongwe city centre.

Marvelous Deeds which comprises of Abel Sanena, Francis Phiri and Weston Chipwaila started in 2005 and has released a number of albums including Chimwemwe Changa they released in 2015.
