   LUCIO, how do you explain the 13 years of DPP leadership? Have u noted that there is even a huge disconnect on some developmental projects initiated by Bingu now with no continuity?     4. It is claiming too much to enshrine that MCP as a party was brutal. There are a number of factors that need to be considered before making this claim. First, I believe that it was not the philosophy of the party that to be brutal. I believe it were some individual but MCP as an entity wasnt. Second, consider the time factor between when MCP was ruling as a single party and this multiparty democratic era. Third, consider the evolution which has notable taken place in the current membership of the party. Fourth, consider also the ideologies and philosophy of MCP then and now. Can we firmly say they are the same. At the end of the day, you will find that it was not MCP as a party or an entity but some individuals who perpetrated the said evils. With the passing of time, it is very observable that the reasons which made some people to do such things are all obsolete. We are now in the democratic multiparty era and most of those people are all dead. If they are alive they are powerless and toothless and times has been so harsh with them in that they can do anything. Therefore, to parade the brutality of MCP today is the most dumb thing one can say because everyone now knows that MCP is a clean party even cleaner that DPP itself regardless of the mud-smearing we see here and there. Am philosophically nonpartisan and I do not vote in elections. This is my objective and neutral analysis
