MedHealth boss works as receptionist for Customer Service Week
The general manager of MedHealth Limited is working as a receptionist this week to mark Customer Service Week.

Medson Chitsulo said he wanted to lead by example and show that every role matters in serving customers.
“Customer service is not just for the front office. It starts from the top,” he said. “By working as a receptionist, I want to understand our customers better and appreciate the great work our team does every day.”
He said this year’s theme, “The Extra Mile”, challenges everyone to go beyond the ordinary.
Customers who visited MedHealth’s offices on Monday said they were surprised and delighted to be welcomed by the general manager himself.
Mr Chitsulo said the company, one of Malawi’s leading health service providers, would keep customer satisfaction at the centre of its operations.
Customer Service Week is an international event held in the first full week of October. It recognises frontline professionals and gives organisations a chance to thank their service teams and promote a customer-focused culture. This year it runs from 6 to 10 October.
