Mighty Be Forward Wanderers have been sure to remind their traditional rivals Nyasa Big Bullets about the 5-1 thumping (On aggregate) in December 2016 and January this year and have since vowed to repeat the embarrasment as the two sides clash in a Blantyre derby though staged in Lilongwe on Saturday in the Wafa Wafa Big Four Football Bonanza to be played at Bingu national Stadium.
BB will be looking forward to inflict a revenge on the Nomads following the humiliating defeat and embarassment they suffered in their last two consecutive meetings of the Bus Ipite Bonanza.
Speaking ahead of the mouth watering fixture, Wanderers Vice General Secretary Chris Kananji said he feels sorry to pounce on their rivals for the third time in a roll.
“I am feeling very sorry for Bullets that we are meeting them again to beat them for the third consecutive time,” said Kananji.
Kananji said as Nomads, they are taking the game with all seriousness and urged all Wanderers supporters to come in large numbers at Bingu Stadium to give their team moral and financial support through gate charges.
“There is nothing like a friendly whenever we face Bullets. Our aim is to add more goals ontop of the five goals we beat them with in the Bus Ipite Bonanza. I urge all supporters to come in large numbers to give the players vocal support as well as financial support since the gate collections will be shared equally as a starter pack to all participating teams” Kananji said.
According to Kananji, the Wanderers Technical Panel will also use the Wafa Wafa Bonanza as a right platform to monitor the coordination of players as they will likely feature their new signings.Follow and Subscribe Nyasa TV :
