Nyasa BB terminates Davie Ng’ambi’s contract
He was touted as the future of Nyasa Big Bullets. Perhaps others used to compare him to the likes of legend James Chimera Jnr due to his size and movement with the ball but this ain’t the case. Davie Ng’ambi on loan at Blue Eagles Football Club has been released by his parent club Nyasa Big Bullets.
According to the letter addressed to Ng’ambi, Bullets decided to terminate the contract upon reviewing his performance at Blue Eagles.
“Nyasa Big Bullets Football Club Management has noted that since you were loaned to Blue Eagles some months ago, you have not consistently been featured at your loan team. Management therefore reviewed your contract before reaching to a decision of releasing you from the club effective 1 September, 2017,” reads part of the letter.
The letter which went viral on social media on Wednesday has since attracted several reactions from people.
“How can one let such a private document go viral like that. Most of our footballers are like that perhaps that’s the reason why they fail to reach their potential. It’s unfortunate to see one let his private documents go viral,” commented one ardent follower of football in one of the groups.
Bullets has released several players in the current transfer window including one Andy Kamlete who they touted to be a big hit before he signed with the club.
