Nyasa Queens’ Candy drops solo single
Lilongwe-based femcee Alice Mtanga aka Candy, of the girl group Nyasa Queens, has dropped a solo single under the name Nyasa Candy.
The song, titled ‘Kuda ndi Deal’, was produced by DJ Maas and features ZigZero.
“The song talks about being proud of being black, proud of being an African,” Candy told Nyasa Showbiz.
According to the rapper, as a group Nyasa Queens agreed that every member should come up with a solo track which will be featured on their upcoming album.
“My friends [Shamaelah Gonkho aka Sane G and Diana Phiri aka Catalia] are also working on their singles which will be out soon,” she revealed.
Candy further said: “Our fans should expect nothing but the best ‘cause Nyasa Queens we doing nothing but the best. A big Thank you to our fam and friends for the support they give us.”
The Nyasa Queens are best known for their track ‘Uisova’ which they feature Mwanache.
