According to Nigerian Eye, about 50 bodies were recovered from the scene of the collapse building in.

Public Relations Officer of the Lagos State Emergency Management Authority, Friday Adeboayo confirmed the recovery of the dead bodies adding that rescue operations are on to evacuate injured persons.

No fewer than 70 guests were said to be in the building when the building came down.

An eyewitness, who insisted that up to 50 persons died in the incident, said he saw almost 10 ambulances loaded with bodies going to and fro, taking victims to nearby hospitals.

He said, “I’m very sure that nothing less than 50 people were killed in the incident as ambulances loaded with bodies were going to and fro. The collapse was massive and the casualty figure was high.”

An official communication from The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations said: “The few people that were there are being rescued. What you wish to others, God wishes to you. Nothing makes us love a person as much as praying for him. The more I love you, the more I will pray for you.”

The Synagogue Church is a popular worship centre in Nigeria, attracting thousands of people, mostly those seeking miracles and spiritual healing, from around the world.

Its founder, Temitope Joshua, is also well known for prophesying future tragic events.  He predicted the death of Malawi’s late president Bingu wa Mutharika.

People are missing the point here. The building collapsed, because the people responsible for giving out permits for building and expanding the edifice, were either bribed or looked the other way. They ignored the fact that it was not safe to add new levels without proper safety measures. Negligence caused the death of innocent people, unfortunately they will not be held accountable, because the church has a lot of money and they can buy their way out of this conundrum! How can you say it wan an accident, when in fact it was negligence! Only gullible Malawian can believe “the… Read more »

Accident can happen at anywhere.

Therefore, perpetrators must leave the Prophet and his ministry alone.
God (Jesus) is the judge.
Man must accept everything that happens in our ways as God’s way of doing things in good faith for whatever God has straightened/Bend, no man can bend/straightened.
To me, the accident got nothing to do with the prophet, wisemen or the ministry.
If this is what people think then the blasting of the WTC in the USA can also be link to the former reigning president.
May the souls of those who died rest in perfect peace.

It was not an accident. It was negligence! Please read other newspapers, especially those written by real journalists!

T.B. Joshua is a real man of God. Collapsing of the building should not make every human being to spill beans on the man of God. I believe in the prophecies of T.B.Joshua, his ministry, and most importantly, I will keep on being a partner of SCOAN and continue believing in the ministry of T.B Joshua. May God use T.B. Joshua more and more so that those who don’t believe in SCOAN, one day they should come closer to God. May the souls of those who have died rest in internal peace. Let the whole world join hands and pray… Read more »
