The two games have been kept on hold in the past couple of weeks to pave way for Malawi national soccer team to thoroughly prepare well for its African Cup of Nations qualifying match against Zimbabwe and the Cosafa cup tournament.

Bullets and Wanderers dominated the national team selection list with Bullets contributing eight players while the Nomads contributed five.

According to the rules of the game of football, a team cannot be assigned any competitive match after contributing more than four games to the national team.

According to Football Association of Malawi (Fam) Competitions Manager Gomezgani Zakazaka, Mighty Be Forward Wanderers face MTV Max Bullets at the Kamuzu Stadium on Wednesday 22nd June while Nyasa Big Bullets travel to the Northern Region to face the only remaining club from the lower league Kabwafu FC on Saturday 25th June.

Zakazaka has since urged all soccer loving Malawians to flock to the venues and patronize the games in their large numbers.

He has also appealed to the supporters to be violent free as they have been since the competition started.
