Prophet Bushiri rewards staff of his SB Investments: Presents R1mil, 3 cars, trips to Mauritius and Dubai all expenses paid
Billionairer ‘Major 1’ Prophet Shepherd Bushiri, who is also founder and CEO of SB Investments, has rewarded staff members at his Sparkling Waters Hotel & Spa (SB Hotels) for their hard work and dedication throughout 2016.
The top performers in each department were all awarded R100 000, followed by appreciation awards of R50 000 and R30 000 to deserving staff members.
A total of R1 million was awarded alongside three cars which were presented by Prophet Bushiri to top managers in the best performing departments.
Furthermore, the entire kitchen department was awarded a fully paid for trip to Mauritius which includes a travel allowance for each member. Meanwhile the spa department was also presented with an all expenses paid for trip to Dubai with Prophet Shepherd Bushiri.
From housekeeping, to maintenance, the kitchen which holds the top chef and an award winning spa, the Sparkling Waters Hotel & Spa is without a doubt one of the best hotels in Rustenburg.
During an interview after the presentation, the multi-millionaire entrepreneur who also owns several hotels in Mauritius said: “I am not just a successful entrepreneur whose sole focus is making profit but I also pride myself with making my loyal and hard working employees happy.
“I believe that great work should always be rewarded and this is my way of saying thank you to all of them for their tireless efforts at this hotel, and also to encourage them for the year ahead”.
When speaking about how he manages to balance his massive ECG church and multiple businesses, the well spoken Prophet Bushiri answered with a smile saying: “I believe that balance is key in everything that I do and over the years I have mastered the art of balancing my calling as a prophet and time spent building my business empire.”
He added: w2I am a responsible family man, blessed with a supportive wife and children who make this far easier than it actually looks. I also have my priorities well set out, hence I always remain focused on my goals and the future ahead”.
One could definitely say that Christmas came a little late for the employees at Sparkling Waters Hotel but it was worth the wait.
